1st cousins, 1 time removed, through Robin. Additional family links can change the relationship description.

  • Pat is a recorded parent of Alex.
  • Robin is a recorded parent of Pat.
  • Chris is a recorded parent of Sam.
  • Robin is a recorded parent of Chris.
  • Sam is a recorded parent of Taylor.

Recorded parent links and relationships do not establish inheritance rights.

The library contains a voluntary record-request letter, practitioner instruction letter and evidence cover sheet. Its financial patterns are estate accounts and a net-worth statement. You can also prepare sources and uses or a conditional NSW intestacy worksheet.

These patterns populate fixed text. They do not generate legal analysis or prescribed court documents. The record request asks for voluntary production and leaves authority and disclosure restrictions for practitioner review.

Use Addressee for the trustee’s identity. The trustee-accounts request collects the trust identity, your client’s capacity, stated authority, accounting period and itemised documents. Transaction questions and the proposed response period remain editable.

The divorce-affidavit scaffold collects separation-under-one-roof evidence for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or the Family Court of Western Australia. Select the deponent’s role and enter their own factual account.

For a divorce affidavit template in NSW, select the federal family court. This factual scaffold is separate from the affidavit for eFiling a divorce application and any affidavit proving service. It also leaves the official form and witnessing steps incomplete.

Law firms can enter matter particulars once and review the populated pattern. This browser tool has no charge or account requirement. It accepts up to 100 financial rows and 80 parent links. Practitioner review remains part of using each draft.

For compulsory bank production, use the bank-record subpoena guide to examine process and scope before selecting the appropriate court form.

Enter the matter reference and named parties, then add the requested records or supplied instructions. Selecting certified copies inserts that request into the record-request pattern.

Empty required particulars remain marked as incomplete fields in the draft and appear in the missing-field list. Financial formats and family links are validated before a draft can be exported. Correcting a value regenerates the text.

A fictional sample letter to a trustee can request Example Family Trust’s accounts for the previous accounting year. List the distribution ledger and vouchers for the unexplained $12,500 payment to Example Recipient. Ask the trustee to explain its basis.

Enter Example Beneficiary’s capacity and your authority to act. A blank authority or proposed response period stays incomplete. Asking for an explanation establishes neither misuse nor grounds for removing the trustee.

Information rights depend on the trust arrangement, beneficiary status and requested document. The NSW Supreme Court’s discussion of trust-document access distinguishes accounts from other records and explains the differing approaches in Australian judgments. Review the trust instrument and applicable legislation before asserting an entitlement.

The affidavit pattern places the supplied account in numbered factual paragraphs. Describe relationship events, the separation period and changes in living arrangements. Record children’s arrangements and relevant notifications. Annexure references remain working entries until the attachments and certificates are checked.

The federal court’s separation-under-one-roof guidance explains the evidence required. For sole applications, the applicant files an affidavit and an independent person’s affidavit is also recommended. Joint applicants each file separately, with independent evidence where only one can file.

The WA court’s guidance requires an affidavit from each applicant and an independent third party. A witness records direct observations and how they know the parties. The tool prepares one deponent’s account at a time.

Every input change replaces direct edits in the draft area. Export your edited version before returning to the inputs.

The estate worksheet subtracts outstanding liabilities, future costs and your contingency from opening assets, with later receipts and payments shown separately. Its balance is an arithmetic scenario. These amounts do not establish permission to distribute.

In the example, $600,000 of assets less $50,000 of liabilities gives $550,000 net worth. The $50,000 liability plus $10,000 of future costs and $20,000 contingency creates an $80,000 reserve. The balance is $520,000.

Changing to the NSW intestacy pattern initially withholds shares until the scope assumptions are confirmed. With no spouse and two qualifying surviving children, the example conditionally assigns $260,000 to each.

The supported branches use the Succession Act’s NSW intestacy provisions for deaths from 1 March 2010. One qualifying spouse takes the whole estate when there is no issue or all issue are shared with that spouse. Without a spouse, surviving children share equally where no deceased child leaves surviving issue. Without a spouse or issue, the surviving parents share equally.

Confirm scope only when the estate is wholly intestate under the stated NSW rules. Every named person must meet the legal relationship test and survive 30 days. The selected class must be complete, with higher-priority classes absent.

The supported illustration also assumes no deceased child has surviving issue. A disputed relationship, competing claim or Indigenous distribution order requires separate analysis. The sole-spouse branch excludes issue outside that spouse’s family.

Other family situations remain unallocated. This includes multiple spouses, issue outside a spouse’s family and representation through deceased children. An indexed statutory legacy is outside these patterns.

A reserve does not establish that distribution is legally safe. Claims, notices and administration obligations require separate review. Read the beneficiary-rights guide for the legal questions behind an estate allocation.

One row per item: type | description | amount. Types are asset, liability, receipt, payment, cost and contingency. Use amounts below $1 billion with up to two decimal places.

Children: no spouse or deceased child’s issue. Spouse: no issue outside that spouse’s family. Parents: no spouse or issue.

Use opening assets before receipts and payments. Enter outstanding liabilities and future costs separately. Avoid counting an item twice. Net worth is opening assets less liabilities.

Download the edited draft as plain text or printable HTML. Financial exports keep plain numbers to two decimal places, and entered dates remain ISO dates. Each output records its pattern identifier and selected settings, with financial rows and recorded parent links where supplied.

The trustee letter preserves the trust identity, recipient, client capacity, requested period, itemised records and reply details in the editable download. Verify information rights and attachments before sending it.

The divorce scaffold remains unsigned. Transfer the reviewed facts to the federal family-law affidavit form or use the WA court’s affidavit form and instructions. Complete the required oath or affirmation before an authorised witness and follow the selected court’s filing and service requirements.

The practitioner reviews the addressee, scope and authority before using a letter. Check financial entries against their source records. For court work, use the current prescribed form and its required wording.

The NSW Supreme Court administration checklist identifies the certificate evidence and prescribed documents relevant to an intestacy application. This generator’s worksheet is a preparation record.

This online legal document assembly tool lets lawyers and law firms reuse a bounded pattern with fresh particulars. The practitioner selects the pattern and reviews every draft before sending or filing material.

The net-worth pattern lists opening assets and liabilities. Sources and uses also show receipts, paid expenses and the reserve. Select estate accounts to keep those amounts with estate assumptions and recorded family facts.

The family chart follows entered parent links to a common ancestor. Alex and Sam are first cousins in the example. Alex and Sam’s child Taylor are first cousins once removed.

A cousin degree counts generations to the common ancestor. Removal records the difference between the two generation counts. The chart describes the supplied links, including incomplete family lines. It does not test adoption, legal parentage or survival.

The Legal Aid NSW intestacy guide explains the order of relatives and deceased family branches. A cousin label alone does not establish entitlement. This generator keeps cousin relationships separate from its limited statutory allocation branches.
